OIC demands from India to end lockdown in Kashmir

According to a Foreign Office spokesperson, the OI Contact Group meeting supported the Kashmiris' struggle for independence. In the virtual meeting, I opposed the Indian occupation of occupied Kashmir. The meeting emphasized that the Kashmir issue is an important issue for the Muslim Ummah.
The meeting rejected the new Indian domicile law in Occupied Kashmir and the participants expressed concern over Indian violations of the LoC. Participants urged India to give Kashmiris their right to self-determination.
Earlier on Monday, an emergency video link meeting of the OIC Contact Group was held under the chairmanship of the OIC Secretary-General on the growing aggression in Occupied Kashmir and serious violations of international law.
The emergency meeting of foreign ministers was convened at the request of Pakistan to discuss the situation in Kashmir and the growing Indian barbarism, while Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi gave a detailed briefing on the situation in Kashmir.
The meeting was attended by the Foreign Ministers of Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Nigeria, while Azad Kashmir President Masood Khan represented the Kashmiri people.
The OIC Contact Group has called on the international community and India to ensure the implementation of UN resolutions and provision of human rights in occupied Kashmir and also demanded the release of all arrested Kashmiri people from India.

The liaison group meeting called on India to end human rights violations in occupied Kashmir, end the siege and lockdown of Kashmiris. According to the spokesperson, the meeting also demanded the release of all arrested Kashmiris from India.
